We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If your purchase is over 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only accept returns for items placed through our online website. Products purchased in store need to be returned to that store. Items must be in original condition, including packaging, in order to be returned. If Air Armor made an error, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to pay the return shipping costs. If the return is not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the item is received back to us in an unused condition and original packaging, we will refund your credit card for the amount purchased. We do not offer product exchanges at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed.
To return a product, please email [email protected] to begin the returns process. Please include the order #, name and part number of the product you are trying to return, as well as your reason why. An Air Armor representative will be in touch within 48 hours – Monday – Friday and instruct you where to send your return product. DO NOT send returns to 4727 E Bell Road, Suite 45-202, Phoenix AZ 85032, United States. THIS ADDRESS CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
We currently do not accept returns on Sale or Clearance items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
